So I been useing office 2003 for four years now. So i figure I would get office 2007. (I got it first day cost $400). So i uninstall 2003 and install 2007. The thing i don't like about office 2007 is you have to learn everything again. which i do not have time to do so. I was so freaking pissed when i wanted to fix something but i couldn't find where it is!!! So if you think upgraded one is worth $400 go for it. But i can promise you, you're not missing much from 2003 expect you have to learn the whole thing again!!!! I think they made office 2003 better than 07. I hope the SP1 comes out so the bugs can be fixed.

What I hate is that it saves everything in a new format. So if you send a document to a non-Office 2007 user they can't view the file.

It was really stupid of me to buy this program this early.

How long do you think it will take before people will USE/VIEW the new format?

I don't really know. Theres so many variables its very hard to say. I personally use the OpenOffice.org Office Suite. All the functionality of the pre-Office 2007 software for free.
