I'm trying to rip .vob files, use dvd2avi to make a .d2v project that i can then edit in AviSynth that can in turn be used to
edit in either Premiere, Virtualdub or TMPEGenc. I've ripped the .vob file from the dvd, saved it as a .d2v project, and
turned it into the .avs file. ive been following this guide, http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech/videogetb.html
and have been confused enough,as I'm new to this. it says that after i completed all of those steps, the .avs file will be able
to be played in either Premiere, Virtualdub or TMPEGenc. it won't play in any of them. i even installed the premiere plugins
that came with a pack from the site http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech/videogetb.html.As of right now, i'm
not sure if i'm writing the .avs file incorrectly or what. I also need to rip the Subtitles with this particular dvd as it is in
French. i downloaded SubRip and everytime i start to run it, it crashes before it can even start saying theres and error,
wanna send it to microsoft, blah, blah, blah. ANOTHER PROGRAM i downloaded to convert files was WINAVI. it at
least opens, but everyime i start to convert a file, it crashes! i am in DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!
    PLEASE REPLY ASAP! THANK YOU!
