The All-In-Wonder series is designed for that, but they're much more expensive than regular graphics cards. You might want to consider buying a TV tuner card instead.

Would I be able to use it alongside my current card or is it a "use one or the other" senario? What inputs do they have? I was looking at the ATI site at those cards already but wondering if their worth it or if just about any other card can do what I need for cheap. I need to buy a HDD anyways as well so I know I'm going to have to spend a bit more than usual this time around.

You can use a TV card and a graphics card together, but I'd advise against using a graphics card and an All-in-Wonder card together.
