    OK, is it the processor thats killing you(thay are $$$), but if you realy want a intel processor just copy the name of the motherboard and past in on ebay, you might get them cheap and even get a core duo for a 100 bucks. Its your money.

    OK, maybe you should go with the AMD, even on ebay the core 2 duo are $$. I would help you with the AMD but I am not a AMD guy. Good luck.

    thx for your help NFS. your right its that processor. i like intel but looks like ima have to learn about amd. ive been looking at http://www.portatech.com/ look like some good deals. are they in someone who knows opinion?

    All I see in the website is one good bundle(the link I gave you), there is a next PC chips motherboard that will fit your case but PC chips is not that of a good brand.
