graphics card help plz

    My Video card is supposed to be a nice one, but it makes the images look kinda fuzzy on here, my other computer just has a lil crappy card and the images are crisp and clear. I'm confused if maybe there is some settings i need to do somthing to. My Video card is NVIDIA ATI 1400 hyper memory
