    Hello everyone...

I'm in the market for an addtional graphx card. It all started when I wanted to run dual monitors and now I want more. This is what I want to do. I have a RAIDEON 9600 PRO now..fyi

Run dual monitors hopefully in DVI mode for both. I'm running one dvi one vga now and don't like it.
    Watch Tv on my PC
    Transfer VHS to DVD
Transer video from camcorder to pc

That's really it... i'm not interested in gaming on my pc..just those basic tasks would be fine.

I've been looking at the ATI X1900 and haven't really read anything bad about it.

Does anyone use or know of this card that could offer feedback.

Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again

    J

All the things you sais you do, are recommended to be used with a mid range to high-end video card, i would say stay away from ATI all together, they suck, I d say go with a Nvidia Core card and one with dual dvi out or go with SLI mode if you can. That is your best bet.
