all this talk of great rock songs persuaded me to buy a brand new 20GB Zen player, not too steep at £155 inc delivery, by next week i will have some severely impressive music at my fingertips, give it a while longer & i'll have all of my fave music on there..

hey djscoop, did they get an award for "November has come"?, the song was ok, but the video had a great value, it was very patriotic too.
yesh the video for that is great, but they didn't win the award for "when september ends", cause it was just premiered a few weeks ago. (BTW the song is actually about Billy's dad who died when he was only 10.) They won: Best Rock Video for Boulevard of Broken Dreams Viewer's Choice Award and Best Video of the Year (also for Boulevard...) as much as I love the classic stuff like Kerplunk, Dookie, and Insomniac, I think their new album is phenominal. The best track by far has to be Jesus of Suburbia...absolutely genious! They deserved to win all the awards they have...
