Green Dot's in Video.....

    sorry if this is kinda like my other thread but i just cant figure this out. I have a Powercolor x800gto graphic card and I get green dots (i guess artifacts) on dvds,wmv, and all videos and i cant figure out why. =/ doesnt seem to do it when im playing a game (just videos) i tryed 2 diffrent ATI drivers. my windows is fully updated. Is there a better custom driver to fix this problem? my full pc specs is as followed....

    AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.4ghz
    Powercolor Radeon x800GTO
    200gig seagate harddrive
    1.5gig of ram
