    Of course I know. The general practice is to at least pretend that you aren't pirating software or just don't mention it at all. You have provided a link and described what illegal downloads are there.

    Looks like a clear breach to me.

    I don't care if you pirate software. Just don't tell me about it.

    I downloaded Nero 7 from one of their ftp servers already some time ago.
