If i were to buy a new tivo and the current one i have now has lifetime subscription on it... would i be able to transfer the subscription to the new one somehow like by doing some kind of hack job? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Hey man, like andmerr says, no harm done. A little tip, if you want to hack something like a tivo, or anything technical that you own, if you use the word 'mod' or 'modify' instead of 'hack' because modding is legal and sounds less malicious ;)
