Halo2 Softmodding .Map files located on HDD

so then how do people make back up copies of their games?

 

Alright so I tried softmodding my box and installing "Run-Linux" through Mech Assasult which is one of the first ones and it was unable to load. I'm going to try my friends disc since his serial # is MS02301L and mine was MS02308L. Also whats this: http://www.elitemods.net/files/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=27

To back up games people usually burn games downloaded from bittorrent sites or ftp into their xbox and copy the game files to their hard drive and burn from there. The error to load may be a bad linux save or your using a platinum mechassault edition. The link you provided I think is just another exploit that you can use to install linux.
