HARD DRIVE HELP!!!

    hi my sister patitioned my hard drive without letting me know and then she deleted it. it WAS 160GB but she patitioned 50 GB and now i dont know of anyway of getting it back, any suggestions

    get a windows 98 or other such book disc that will allow you to fdisk. then go in, delete the partitions, and then create a partition with unallocated space. simple as putting a baby in a microwave.

    ya but i dont want any partitions on my HDi would like it like it was before with no partitions just one Drive

    dude that "one drive" was set as one partition. if you're drive has not partitions, it's not formatted and is not usable by windows.

    you want to create one 160 gig partition.

    if that's too much for you, get PartitionMagic or some such crap and resize it.

    get partitionmagic or an equivalent program and add that empty space to your C partition. >.<

    -no. there's guides all over the internet. there's a crackdown on spoonfeeding around here, if you hadn't noticed.

    get PM or a similar program, do your research, and give it a try. *then* if you have problems, post back and someone will do their best to help you.
