Has anyone had any problems using a NEC drive to backup ps2 games?

    I have a NEC 3250. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the drive but it burns games a nd mvies it says fine and i use Ritek and TDK dvd-r but latley my games freeze during either the intro or a certain loading screens. I'm not asking for advice on media or burning methods, just looking if any one has issues with these drives.

    Hi
    I have always used NEC drives without any problems. My present drive a NEC ND 3540A has preformed countless burns. Are you downloading the games, or ripping them?
