Has anyone solved the sync problem yet?

I haven't used this program yet,but if its good enough for my buddy Rotary,its good enough for me.

yes that app is very good for sound sync probs in avi! most of the time it will know the amount and correct it, but the odd rare occasion its sort of wrong but you can go even more backwards with -332ms with minus sign but that must be a very bad avi to start and a right pain to guess MS delay trial and error but that said 99% it does the job i love it!
