    Im actually starting to panic now with the thought of brickin this box (missus will kill me if i do and the kids will string me up for having no Nickelod). May have to open up my box in the next few days take a few pics and get you to confirm its genuine before i do ;-)

    Just for peace of mind.

    Scouser You seem to be the main man: Looking at the answers the problem would seem to be solved any chance of an idiots guide for sorting out the Code Update problem and How to flash a Box, also whilst on the subject my old man is having the same problem in Wimbledon will this also fix his box Thanks Mad

    Scouser, You've been a big big help over the years....I'm sure you'll be able to sort out this problem. I own two boxes (a older blue box - it's original and a Eurovox V) I first manually changed the codes on my Eurovox V box...it works fine. Used the same method on the older box but no joy. It finds the channels but I get the 'Unknown Service' message. Both boxes have the latest firmware/flash. Im in the Birmingham area and presently with V£$gin media (ex- Telepest). Cheers for any help in advance.

    scouser and crew - top job...

    i updated my codes yesterday, and all good..
    This morning was fine. Literally, in the last few minutes, code sign back up..lets hope they dont go mad again today...

    Im in Bham,with TW.

    No biggy, im sure everything will iron itself out in the next few days...

    We are in leeds in ExC*W are and now Virgin Media. My EURO VOX Max stopped. We codes do I need I have tried ExC*W code but they don't work. please advice.

    Telwest 8th April

    00 = BE 62 64 FB C3 2C 73 F6
    01 = D8 9B E6 5E 3A 0C 45 AE
    worked fine for me for few hours, then itys gone.... what to do next
