Ok I have 45 .iso files, each within a .rar archive and each 99mb. I only have about 6 gigs free on my system so how do I go about extracting all these files?

Also, I am somewhat of a newb to this so if anyone can instruct me on what to do with all these .iso files in order to get them to run it would be much appreciated.

    Thankyou

    Hi,

Start extracting the .iso's one at a time since you have limited hard drive space.

    1. To UnRar the Winrar archives you'll need Winrar installed on your system. Here is the direct download Link Ver. 3.51:
    http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar351.exe

    Follow this great extracting guide:
    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/207335

    2. Now you should have a complete .iso extracted into a folder(location) of your choosing.

    3. You can burn the .iso onto cd/dvd with a burning application. If you have Nero Burning Rom;
    -Open Nero Burning Rom
-Select Recorder from the top menu
    -Select Burn Image
-Direct Nero to the folder where the .iso is
    -Burn Image (.iso)
Now it will be burnt to disk and you can delete the newly extracted .iso and all the Winrar files to reclaim some of you hard disk space!!

Another option is to burn multiple .iso's as data files to a DVD (create a UDF/ISO) which can store much more info.

However to install these images or use them you would then need to copy them back to your hard drive and 'Mount' the images on a virtual drive such as:

    Daemon Tools, here:
    http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5

There are 32-bit and 64-bit versions, depending on your PC.

Or use Alcohol 120%, it can burn your .iso's and has a virtual drive to mount the images as well!!

    Happy extracting and burning!
