have burnt a movie with dvd+rw works ,but same with dvd-r crash my dvd player

ok let see if someone can help me
i have used dvd shrink 3.0 beta 5 +nero 6.0.0.19 to burn my dvd 9 to my dvd+rw 4.7 gig
,it works ok on 3 dvd players ,so the test is good so i've tried the same files with a dvd-+r (for final use ) ,problem on 3 media
-MAXELL dvd-r 4x: nero at the end of the burn display "queuing failed pioneer dvd-rw DVR-106d\H0 T0"
-APPLE dvd-r 4x: same problem that maxell
-imation dvd+r 2.4X? : nero finish the disc ok but on a dvd player it play then stop, miss menu etc..

DVD WRITER PIONEER DVR-A06
ASUS A7n8x deluxe
seagate sata 120 gig
amd 2600+ 512 Mbyte win 2000 sp2

Your standalone probs doesn't support DVD-R!

 

I've resolved the problem !!!
I've lowered the size in dvd shrink of -32Mbytes
and for security burn at 1x
and now it works
before 4464 mbytes
now 4432 mbytes

Stupid error that cost me 4 coaster dvd (5 euro
each ) doh !
But it was my first attempt and now all is ok
.i'll try to burn at 4x later
