Have to shut off my USB 2.0 to use my USB keyboards

    hello I have to shut off my USB 2.0 in the bios to use one of my USB keyboards (have 2 both do it). if i dont they misskey and glitch, pause, please help?

    Hardware setup
    WIN XP sp3
    saphire HD4830 GPU
    4gb Ram
    Gigabyte MA790FX-UDP5
    1tb seagate 7200
    AMD Phenom II X4 920

    No Overclock
