I want to upgrade my older PC which is a HP Pavillion 8755c with ME installed. This PC is for my sister who uses it sparingly. Therefore I'm not going to spend more than $65.00 as I only want a 40gb to 80gb hard drive.

    Here are my questions:
Is there any problems buying an OEM hard drive? If buying an OEM product what accessories will I need?

I.E. : Serial or EIDE cables, Screws or Backup software, etc.

Also what HD is right for my PC : EIDE or SATA

I'm considering a Western Digital 80GB WD Caviar 7200 RPM EIDE for $44.00 at Tigerdirect

Is that a good HD and is there a HD anyone wants to reccommend?

    Thank you as always!
