    hi ive tried absolutely everything on this page but its not working. its confusing as the menus it tells you on page 1 of how to use lines does NOT exist on this box.

    xCamconfigure doesnt even start and the box freezes up when doing this after i installed latest plug ins.

    can anyone please inbox me how to sort this and how to add gift functions.

    i know the box works, because i can use the streams and it connects to ethernet, just no channels clearing at all all say scrambled.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction? - I have tried following the instructions to add c-line with no success.

    My c-line looks like (N: serveraddress port username password) and the XcamConfigure cccam section has server address section and port section but no option for username or password.

    Every way I have tried results in XcamClient throwing me up the following error - "Can not start any client! - Please check cardclient.conf file or Network connection".

    Even though my c-line is for cccam - Should I be using a different protocol eg Mgcamd?

    Your line is a N Line, not a C Cline, you need to load the line to newcamd or mgcamd select those and load the line

    Press Menu - then Plugins then scroll to XCAMCONFIGURE, press the red button on the remote and change this to Auto, then press the green button to start and this will take you to server list and press OK on server 0.

    Where you put your Username and password, it will be starred out out, so highlight username and enter in 1407 on the remote and this will then open it up to edit or add details, once you enter your line (always take your time doing this, its where all easy mistakes happen, then go to XCAMCLIENT, change this to Auto by pressing the red button and press green and this will start your line and do it automatically,

    Turn the box off and back on and your line if entered correctly, will now clear chans

    I have accidentally deleted XCAMCONFIGURE, can anyone assist me to reinstate it

    Will you read the first page before doing anything else with this box or you will mess it up, its already there on how to load stuff to this box, firmware, addons and lines, your either not reading whats been posted and just jumping in and messing the box up

    software for the box, download and re-install this to the box, instructions on page one

    Adding Apps back On
    Menu - Installation - Network setting, scroll down you will see software update, click this and you will be presented with options, select freeTV+addons, press ok on all options, metacafe, youporn etc and this will reinstall the webTV options

    Hello,

    I need help, I am losing channels. They are just bringing up "no signal". In the last few days, I have lost about 15 key channels, including BT sports, Sky Superheros and other important ones too. Some of them are loading, but displaying "scrambled channel". PLS HELP! Is there anything I need to do or updates?

    I will apreciaate.

    Go into the menu and within service settings do a new channel search. That should find channels that have changed frequency. This will add them into the All Satellites favourite group, so you'll need to edit the channels to move them into the group you'd prefer.

    Thank you for the reply. I have done exactly that, it didnt solve the problem. infact, right now, all the unfree channels are showing scrambled service. Am really confused. I have restart itm still same. pls help

    Did you look in all satellites and look for the channels again? Try sorting alphabetically. The old channels that don't work will be there, but hopefully there should be new channels with the same name that do work

    Yes i did. am sitting with it. what i observed now is that its only the free channels that are working now. all others with $ at the back are not working. What did you think is wrong?

    Have they worked before? Do you have an active line?

    Is your internet working? On the channel banner the furthest right is a network symbol, is it grey or lit?

    Has anyone else lost most of the sky movies HD channels? I've also lost Sky Sports 4 HD.

    no you need a line to unlock premium channels, normally cost 10£ per month
