    HI,
I am setting up my BIOS right now and it detects my HDD,CD-RW and DVD-RW in the boot menu.....but when i enter BIOS it says no Primary IDE detected.... I don't know why it isn't detecting it on the bios but it is detecting it when you boot

are you sure that your HD is connected on the first IDE channel and is the master drive on that channel?
