I modded my xbox, all set up, working great, I have software and emulators and stuff.... but.. can I use a drive imaging program to completely image the drive to a larger disk? or will this code thing screw it all up? (thinking... norton ghost or something)
Yes and No. There are programs that allow you to copy your setup to another drive (Chimp, etc), but I highly discourage this sort of practice! Much better in the long run to prepare the drive again from scratch! It honestly doesn't take that long to get everything back to the way it was! Read my tutorials to learn how to upgrade the HDD
