Heelp me pleese

    it seems i am not able to turn on windows security center. just in case, i have vista home premium and i already understand about UAC and how i have to be administrator to turn it on. When i click the button "turn on now" a message comes up saying "the security center service can't be started"

    Any ideas?? Thanx in advance
