Help an elderly neighbour

Hi all,

I was talking recently with a neighbour of my parents who told me he had a "box" and could get extra channels etc...but last month or so the "box" stopped working and as he's not that mobile and it was giving him great entertainment I said I'd have a look at it for him, so could anyone help me out please, its a silver replay lite and I doubt its had any software upgrade, can anyone point me in the right direction? I've updated my parents eurovox so I presume I need a null modem cable to do the upgrade? In the Dublin area on nthell..
