Hi, I need a very detailed explanation on how to install Avalaunch by FTP with an ICE chip. Do I just FTP avalaunch.xbe and avalaunch.xml to the C drive on my Xbox? Please respond fast, thanks.

whatever dash you have in there now,all you have to do to put avalaunch in is

-ftp all the avalaunch file to the driver where your dash is now

-ftp the old dash xbe file to your pc for safe keeping

-delete the old dash xbe file

-rename the avalaunch xbe file to what the old dash xbe file was called.

now when you boot up it will be loading avalaunch.

or just rename the old dashboard to something so the mod chip won't boot off it, that way you won't have to ftp to the xbox everytime you want to change dashboards, just use file manager or boxplorer.

*edit* actuaally i think unleash x is the only one that has a program that you can edit file names, or is there another program aswell?
