Help!!! Can't send or recieve calls on my NEC !!!

    I have a NEC 616v. I have unlocked it so it supports all sim cards. The only problem is that i cannot send or recieve calls. I CAN access WAP! Please help me find the problem. thanks alot.

    i think the price explains.i only got it for £10. i didn't actually check to see if it calls, i put my sim in and it all seemed fine. oh well its only a tenner.
