Hey...I need some help, and I am not that great with computers so hopefully some of you will take some time to help me out. I have had my DVD burner for about a year and haven't had any problems. It has been awhile since burning and now it doesn't work. I have DVD X Copy Platnium. So it first reads the DVD and then when I put in a blank DVD it starts to burn it and then imeditaly it starts to finalize it. I am using 4X DVD's so burn with so I don't think that would be the problem. Also I just took my computer in to get a new fan put in it, but I don't know if they might have done something to change the settings or what. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
