Hey guys, i am new to this things and i help some help. i am having problems copying my dvd. i've got the NEC-2500A writer and bought some Memorex DVD+R media. I keep getting "burn process failed at 2.4x" i just cut and paste this log thing that i get in the end of dvd shrink process. thanks everyone. DVD Shrink doesn't actaully burn itself , it utilises either DVD Decrypter [to write .ISO image] or Nero... Which of the two did you have set to burn ..? Also on the the last line of cut n paste ** File 'DriversPXHELP20.SYS': Ver=2.02.62a, size=20016 bytes, created 10/28/2003 6:02:00 AM (Prassi/Veritas driver for win 2K) ** Nero sometimes clashes with other writing software , and RecordNow can be one of them ... do you have that installed aswell by any chance ??
thanks, i've got both DVD Decrypter and Nero OEM Suite installed. how would i know which app is set to do the burning. thanks for your help.
Either decrypter or nero will be fine for your burning program but I fear you have a "cheap" media problem
i got it to work now thanks so much guys. i think Nero has conflict with some other burning programs that i had on my comp. it works perfect now. this burner is so quiet. Thank you again guys.
