    On the checkout page it says something about it being OEM, should I go Retail?

    The CPU is OEM. Basically, OEM CPUs don't come with a cooler and have a 1 year warranty instead of 3 years. You don't need a CPU cooler as you're buying a better one, which leaves the warranty, I tend to find CPUs don't go wrong, especially if you don't overclock them, but it;s up to you, the extra money isn't a great deal, but if you're on a strict budget, you have to consider it.

    I heard the retail version is still B3 sometimes. So I'm going to go for the G0 OEM version.

    Good stuff, I'm also glad to see you spotted the stepping differences, I wasn't aware B3s were still being sold in the US. Good luck with the build, any questions, you know where we are!
