Okay, I have been backing-up dvds for several years just fine with anydvd and dvd shrink. I just started having problems with my 2nd dvd burner and I am thinking of replacing it with a burner that can back up blu ray movies. I took a look at this stickied thread http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/639346 But it seems to suggest that I need to download some more software in order to back up blu ray movies (to strip out the menu)? Sorry for my confusion. I have gotten complacent with just using anydvd and dvd shrink to back-up dvd movies and I haven't really kept up with anything about blu rays. I had been hoping that I could just buy a new burner and still use the software that I have gotten used to. Any tips or threads to spoon-feed me would be greatly appreciated.
