1: boot disk that has awdflash & *.bin file on it. after booting off the floppy, type awdflash filename.bin than enter. will ask you if want to save old 1, yes & new filename. will ask you are certain to flash, yes. will proceed to flash the bios than tell you to reboot system & not before or board is scrap. 2: yes on sata disk. 3: after installing windows, do your update drivers as you have done in previous windows versions.
