HELP ME UNLOCK NOKIA 6102 FROM CINGULAR

    Hi, I really need help. I can't afford another mobile phone just yet and I have a nokia 6102. The IME 357100006534868 and its a CINGULAR phone. It may be a hardlocked phone, but any aid is WELCOMED.

    If you see "phone restrictions on" it's hard locked.

    I entered in the code given and it still says restriction is on....how do i unlock a hardlocked phone? Is it able to be done by anyone...Any suggestions....Thank you

    I need to unlock it to a local network in Jamaica[digicel]
    I really need help in unlocking the phone
