    Hi hentaimas
    Here's some suggestions:
    Recorder: <TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-W162C>Version: TS10
Can use a firmware update - the latest is TS11.
You can use the live update from Samsungs site - just click on 'live update' and follow the instructions - Live Update Link

    Disc Manufacturer: OPTODI
Not the greatest - better to use would be Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

    Burn process failed at 12x
Take it down a notch to 8x.

Give those a go and let us know.
