HELP mw with my Nokia 3310 (Cingular)

Hello! I ask for your help to unlock my phone...my dad sent me the phone but its locked to cingular..and im at the philippines so..cant use it..thanks in advance =)

ummm..i think there is one more problem sir...the phone restriction is off but there is no signal...

 

It would have nothing to do with unlocking. It would have to do with where you have the phone and what type of sim you are trying to use. That is a DCT3 type phone and if you're trying to use a 3G sim, it may not work or if you are in another country which doesn't have the same signal capability, then it's not going to work there either.
