I'm using a Sharp Viewcam, and turned the video screen upside to watch while taping. Now that I capture it to my PC using firewire, that video is upside down as well. I have used another camera before without this prob. Is there anyway to flip the video? It is still in DV format.

You will have to use a video editing program to rotate the video 180 degrees.

    Examples:
I know Adobe Premiere can do it (expensive, but if you're planning on doing a lot of video editing definitely worthwhile the money).

VirtualDUB (freeware) can also do it using its internal rotate filter. However, in order to read DV files and output them as DV again after rotating you will have to install a third party DV filter. See at the bottom of the article: http://www.digitalvideoclub.com/tutorials/recompress.php
