Help! NEC535 cell phone

    I bought this phone on ebay and after like a week or two it stopped charging. So I bought a new charger and that didn't do anything, so I bought a new battery, still nothing.

    Is there anything at all I can do to fix it? (Without sending it into some NEC repair center? There isn't one in FL and I don't want to ship it all over the place.)
