Help needed trying to burn backup DVD: Error log posted

@GAWright you must restart your p.c. to allow windows to reinstall the defaults should have dma mode enabled but see this part of your nero log this is how I could tell or device manager should provide the details

also the link I gave before is not to be tried unless you know what it means I was providing it to the more experienced members here who might have more knowledge than I ;}
