   Im moving my satellite dish but i have good signal (95%) on 110 and 119, but i cant see nothing can i help me please

   The signal strength is the signal from your receiver to your lnb's. You should be concerned by the quality strength. That is the one from the sat to the lnb.
   
   By the way, how can you get anything if you are moving your dish?
