help on choppy playback

    i created a vcd from nero (from .avi, converted to .mpeg with tmpgenc). when i played it with my cd-rom, it worked fine with windows media player. But when i played it with my vcd player, the video playback is choppy. Where did the problem occurred? How can i fix this problem?

    How fast did you burn the VCD? if you burned 12x or higher, reburn at 4x and play again in your dvd player.
