Your options are: 1. Call your service provider if it's a phone bought via them. That's the official way and nothing is wrong with it. 2. Ask the shop where you bought it. 3. Find any local telecom shop that will do it for you. 4. Find any of the many sites who offering unlock codes. I can recommend you this site spam edited by ddp
