|help please| broken xbox

    hi all. I have a Xbox V 1.1 with evolutionX and I have a big problem. So when i turn it on appears a green screen that says:

    "THE XBOX LIVE IS NOT RESPONDING. TRY AGAIN LATER"

    I press "ok" and it appears again. I dont have anyway to get out of this green screen.

    If someone knows how to fix this problem help me please.
