Yes it is ND 1.0b and you dl the file, put it in a temporary folder and double click on the file. It will flash your drive after it is through, power down your computer i.e. reboot.
Just to re inforce my earlier comment, steer clear of buying your media through ebay, you have NO guarantee that the items you are purchasing are genuine whereas store bought items can be verified before purchase.
mate i got what u told me and installed it and re booted now 3 times i have tried to copy onto dvd it just totally 'freezes' about half hour through burn...i have to turn all power off at socket to get back online
