Thanks for the help. But it still stuck now ! I input the code you provided, it said 'phone restriction off' but 2 days later, the 'phone restricted' message came up again ! Later I tried to input the same code, it said'phone not restricted' , and then 'Insert Smartcard' message. Can you please kindly tell me what to do now ? Thank you
