   OK i have capture a movie form my vcr via window maker (wmv) and its 551mb i'm trying to burn it to vcd using nero6 but for some reason its telling me the file is to big? which i dont get cuz the cd-r disk hold 700mb plz help thanks in advance

   im not really shure but try making it with data disc not vcd (no difrence)
