Help StarView7 Brazil

    Good afternoon.

    I'm new to the Starview 7 and when I upgrade crashed.
    Apreseta only blank screen menu.
    Does not accept commands.
    was the first update.


    Someone could help me solve the problem?
    Its reset?
    Sera that the DB9 I can send the data?
    How can I resolves the issue?

    starview 7 is flashed by usb stick ,not the null modem cable way,if you are in brazil i cannot see box working there as firmware is for uk only.
