It is not a tool! It is an option. Follow these steps.

    1) Open My Computer
    2) On the top you will see File - Edit- View - Favorites - Tools - Help
    3) Select Tools and you will see Folder Options... in the drop down list. Select Foler Options...
    4) Select View on the tab at the top of the window that opens.
5)The second Yellow Folder in the list says Files and Folders. Under that you will see a radio button that says Show Hidden Files and Folders.

This you will want to change back after you do your search for the file. If you leave it you will risk accidental removal of system resources.

Yes, its where i did, and those 3 option are the only option.....
I go my computer on top there is 6 tabs

-File- -Edit- -View- -Favorites- -Tools- -Help-

When i click tools, there is only 3 option in the drop down list
    1:Map network drive
    2:Disconnect network drive
    3:Synchronize

There is no folder option or such....

    Thanks

Okay you are going to have to do one of the following to get the folder back.

Edit the registry to get the folder options back.
Go to Start, Run then type in regedit and click Ok.
Browse to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Find the NoFolderOptions key and change the vaule to 0 assuming you have this registry key.
    Restart your computer.

Check your computer's policy to make sure its not disabled.
Click on Start, Run and type in gpedit.msc and navigate to the following location:
    User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer.
On the right side, set Remove the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu to Not Configured by double clicking it and setting the appropriate option.

After you have the folder back go ahead and continue. Please not that making changes to the registry and making a mistake could cause serious problems with the system. A backup of the registry is a good idea before you edit it. You may also make sure that system restore is turned on in case you need to restore the OS to it's current condition. Just follow the instructions and you will do fine.

You still have a Trojan on your computer. I'm going to provide you with a link to a spyware remover. The other links are reading material. I never download anything without knowing anything about it.

    Virus description
    PCMag review
    Link to SUPERAntiSpyware

I have not used this product, but it appears to be a free download for home users. From what I read, it is supose to clean this virus from your system. Give it a try and then repost another log.

Heya, sorry for the late reply...really busy busy lately lol....anyway i am testing something, would post the result later as i suspect this virus can evade any form of interruption by anti-virus soft or etc.....Before i scan..my surfing speed is drop dead low...once i scan half-way and cancel it, my surfing is is at top performance without any error!!! (Normal like it used to be)....but after a while and it happened again...my browser speed slowed...and i tried scanning halfway again (cause full scan doesnt yield any results) and my browser speed is back to normal...hmm very tricky virus....would be busy lately ...so will post in 2-3days :)

Once again thanks for the help
