Hello. After entering the code and pressing the OK button it says emergency calls only. Does this mean it is unblocked or hard locked.

Is the SIM you are using activated?

Yes the new SIM s activated. But it now says "phone restricted". But has an "undo" option, which requests a "restriction code". Have you any idea of what is going on??

The code should work I have checked it and it is the best choice.

Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim. [bold] Before you do this, make sure the sim and phone you use does NOT have a Security or PIN CODE. If it does, reset the security code to default (1234 and 12345) with the original phone. [/bold] Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option, then enter the "#pw+code" code in the restriction box and press ENTER.

    To enter code:
    Make sure battery is charged.
    Power on.

Select UNDO if NEW SIM in phone.
    Type the # key.
then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +

    Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \
Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT
    Press * 2 times quickly for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.

    IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.

I have tried all the codes exactly as instructed but now it just says "Phone restricted" with a little STOP sign. What do I do now? Is it hard locked??

    Sorry to hear that.
    "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. [bold] STOP [/bold] tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's
hard-locked. Used up all your free tries!!

Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
    came to us.

    Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
    equipment to unlock it.

Have a look at this. It is the first Thread on this Forum.

I have no financial affiliation with this Site. I am

    There are many.
