I would like to unlock NOKIA3120.Could you please advise on box serial number? Where can I find it?

 

I live in Ireland, bought Vodafone package and found only Pack No:22322715.

i have Code Calculator by CyberGSM 5.4
but its kind of old,and the new phones are not included.maybe i could downloAD something new.

I have tried to unlock my Nokia 3120 three times now following the instructions at http://www.unlockme.co.uk/dct4free.html

Locked to Optus Australia

My three failed attempts I tried CyberGSM 5.4, Nokia Free v3.10 and http://www.trycktill.com/eng/unlock_swe.asp
Maybe I used the wrong box serial code or maybe its due to new phone software.

Also, it would be probably better to just do a factory reset. Does anyone know if this can be done with a DKU-5 cable which uses a USB driver. Fbus by Maestro seems the only software which is limited to COM1,COM2 ports.

Update: I ended up getting a factory reset done at the local repair shop
