There are three company in hungary Westel(Tmobile)/ Vodafone / Pannon GSM.

I'm sure 100% the phone locked for Pannon GSM.

Do you have any other idea to unlock???

Never depend on a code from them. Sometimes they take hours and hours before you ever get answered and they are bad about giving wrong codes. If you can't get an answer here quickly, click on the link below because I try to do 3 sites at once and sometimes I get caught up.
