    HELLO, I WAS LIVING IN THE STATES AND I HAD A T MOBILE PLAN, BUT I MOVED TO MEXICO AND I WANT TO USE THE SAME PHONE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER. BUT IT'S LOCKED.
